White River Resort extends on the left shore to the bridge in the distance. Depending on the season and the weather, the river runs full to approximately a third in late summer. Always a changing view.
Feel free to wander the river or take a trail through the woods.
White River Resort has some of Sayward's largest and most private RV sites.
Each site has their own septic, power (30 and 20 amp) and water hook ups. Washrooms and shower facilities are also provided.
Some sites are very private, or if you’d rather be out in the open in the sun, we have that too. A short walk through the campsite will take you to our private section of the White River.
White River Resort has a large tenting area that is set in a meadow, surrounded by trees, and bordered on one side by the White River.
Campers in this area have their own power sources, (30 and 20 amp) and a water tap at each site. Washrooms with flush toilets and shower facilities are also provided.
There is plenty of room for children to play and to explore the natural surroundings of the camp grounds.
Access to the river is at both ends of the campground. From these you can roam the river side, try a little fishing (catch and release) or if you feel so inclined launch a kayak and head off to the Salmon River and further on to Kelsey Bay.
Spring thaw brings out paddlers for some extreme white water up the river.
What better way to end the day than relaxing in front of a campfire.
